These terms apply to defense section onboarding, RD role requests, and use of RATS/RADS services operated by Rotorcraftory Private Limited.

RATS (Rotorcraftory Advanced Tactical Systems) and RADS (Rotorcraftory Advanced Defense Systems) are offered under Rotorcraftory Private Limited. Access may include product previews, plans, subscriptions, pilot deployments, and defense-focused service modules.
Defense section access requires the RD role (Rotorcraftory Defense) on your account. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Rotorcraftory may approve, deny, or defer access based on compliance review and operational fit.
At present, RD role requests are accepted only for India-focused defense procurement and tender contexts. Applicants should be participating in, preparing for, or supporting lawful defense tender workflows within India.
Rotorcraftory Private Limited operates strictly as a supplier of goods and/or services. Unless expressly agreed in a signed written contract, Rotorcraftory does not represent itself as a defense contractor, prime contractor, or authority beyond supplier responsibilities.
By requesting RD access, you confirm that your information is accurate, your use case is lawful, and you are authorized to represent the organization or project described in the request.
Any architecture, workflow, documentation, media, benchmark, prototype, or innovation shared within the defense section remains proprietary to Rotorcraftory Private Limited unless explicitly licensed in writing.
You must not use Rotorcraftory systems for unlawful surveillance, weaponization, harmful deployment, unauthorized intrusion, or any activity prohibited by applicable laws and defense regulations.
Portions of RATS/RADS are in active development. Features, pricing, availability, integration pathways, and technical specifications may change without prior notice during validation and release cycles.
Approval of RD role may enable evaluation of products, plans, subscriptions, and services. Commercial onboarding, contracting, and deployment readiness remain subject to additional commercial and compliance checks.
Rotorcraftory may suspend or revoke RD access at any time if terms are breached, misuse is suspected, legal risk is identified, or continued access is no longer appropriate.
These terms may be revised from time to time. Continued use of the defense section after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
