Official Websites & Domain Notice

Rotorcraftory currently operates only two official websites: rotorcraftory.com and rotorcraftory.in (including their official subdomains).

Any other domain, website, or page claiming to represent Rotorcraftory is unauthorized and not under our control. We are not responsible for any transactions, payments, representations, or losses arising from such third-party or impersonating websites.

Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or using any part of this site or services, you accept these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use this site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Services & Availability

We provide UAV services, FPV spare parts, and repair support, subject to pilot availability, weather, logistics, regulatory permissions, and operational safety. We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or refuse service where conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.

User Conduct

You agree not to post or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or harmful material. You must not attempt unauthorized access, data extraction, spamming, malware distribution, or any activity that disrupts site operations.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your usage violates these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, media, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any law or rights of others. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and adapt such content for operating, improving, and promoting our services.

Bookings, Pricing & Payment

Quotes are project-specific and valid for a limited time. Bookings are confirmed only after payment or written confirmation. Additional scope, permit requirements, location changes, or urgent delivery may result in additional charges.

All payments on this website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). We are not responsible for transaction failures caused by banking authorization limits, payment gateway issues, or card issuer declines.

Manual Bank / UPI Transfer Policy

At checkout, you may choose manual payment and transfer funds directly from your bank account or UPI app to the bank details shown on the checkout page.

• Transfer only to the bank/UPI details displayed at checkout for your order.
• Beneficiary name may appear as ROTORCRAFTORY or ROTORCRAFTORY PRIVATE LIMITED, depending on bank and UPI rails.
• Transfer the exact payable amount in INR as shown in your order summary.
• After payment, upload your screenshot/proof and share UTR/transaction reference within 5-10 minutes.
• Our admin team verifies payment proofs and credited transfers and updates order status as soon as possible.
• Order processing and dispatch begin only after successful manual payment verification.
• Manual transfer can help you avoid payment-gateway surcharge (for example, about 2% when Razorpay or other providers are used, where applicable).

A wallet feature is planned and will be announced when available. If a manual transfer cannot be verified from proof and bank credit records, the order may remain on hold until resolved.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Product dispatch timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or operational constraints. Risk of loss and title for shipped goods pass to you upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

Repairs, Product Descriptions & Returns

Repair timelines and outcomes depend on diagnostics, part availability, and pre-existing device conditions. Product descriptions and stock visibility are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain technical or typographical errors.

If a product or service issue is verified, resolution may include repair, replacement, credit, refund, or cancellation as per applicable law and our policy.

Trademark, Copyright & Intellectual Property

Rotorcraftory and its licensors own all rights in site content, branding, logos, graphics, text, media, product content, and software elements unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, republication, transmission, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without prior written consent.

"Rotorcraftory" and related marks, logos, and trade dress are proprietary to Rotorcraftory. Trademark filing has been made in India under Class 12 for relevant goods. Unauthorized use of identical or deceptively similar marks is strictly prohibited.

Electronics Manufacturing, UAV Components & High-Risk Use Policy

These additional terms apply to Rotorcraftory manufactured electronics, UAV components, and related systems, including any product series operated under Rotorcraftory brands. By purchasing, integrating, or using such products, you agree to lawful and safe use at all times.

Your use must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including:

• The Indian Penal Code, 1860
• The Arms Act, 1959
• The Information Technology Act, 2000
• The Explosives Act, 1884
• The Drone (Amendment) Rules, 2023
• The Environment (Protection) Act, 1986
• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Illegal activities including terrorism, espionage, unauthorized hacking, unlawful surveillance, and weaponization are strictly prohibited. Using products to harm living beings, directly or indirectly, is prohibited.

Rotorcraftory is not liable for misuse, unauthorized integrations, unlawful deployment, altered firmware, or modified hardware. All modifications and custom integrations are performed solely at user risk and responsibility.

If illegal use is suspected, we may suspend support, terminate sales or access, reject future orders, and report details to competent authorities. This may also result in civil claims and criminal prosecution under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rotorcraftory, its directors, employees, and partners from liabilities, damages, penalties, losses, costs, or claims arising from unlawful, harmful, or non-compliant product use.

These terms may be revised from time to time. Continued use of Rotorcraftory products and services after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Website, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties, except where expressly required by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rotorcraftory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order or service.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this site or services are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in West Bengal, India.
